1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using AI Form Filler ("the Extension" or "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension. These terms apply to all users.

2. The Service

AI Form Filler is a free, open-source Chrome extension that fills web forms using a profile you store locally in your browser. The Extension is provided on an "as-is" basis under the MIT License. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of field matching, or compatibility with any specific website.

The Extension has no backend server. All profile data and API keys are stored exclusively in your browser and are never transmitted to us.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for reviewing all fields filled by the Extension before submitting any form. We are not liable for errors in form submissions resulting from incorrect profile data or unexpected AI behaviour.

You are responsible for the security of any AI provider API keys you store in the Extension. If you suspect a key has been compromised, revoke it directly with your AI provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Extension to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information on any form
• Use the Extension to bypass CAPTCHA, rate limits, or access controls on third-party services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without attribution (MIT license applies)
• Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or the terms of any third-party service

5. AI Providers

When you use AI-powered fill, your profile data and page content are sent directly to the AI provider you have configured. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for how AI providers handle, store, or use data sent to their APIs.

6. Voluntary Support

The Extension is free to use. Voluntary financial support is accepted via Polar.sh. Contributions are entirely optional and do not grant any additional features, guarantees, or entitlements. Support payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Polar.sh acts as Merchant of Record and handles all billing and tax obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

AI Form Filler is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the source code with attribution. The name "AI Form Filler" and associated branding may not be used to misrepresent the origin of a modified version.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, compatible with all websites, or that AI-powered fills will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to incorrect form submissions, data loss, or AI provider errors.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Extension and this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
